If you use the contact form, we store what you type: your name, your email address, and your message. That is the only personal information this site collects.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics so we know which pages get read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell repeat views apart within a day it derives a temporary hash from your request, and that hash is thrown away every 24 hours.

What reaches us is aggregate: the page, where you came from, country, browser, and device type. There are no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

Contact messages are used for exactly one thing: replying to you. They are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

During our database migration, messages may be stored by Neon and Convex, our cloud database providers, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Access is limited to KineticBit. Messages are kept only as long as a conversation needs them.

Four right now. Three are for the contact form: Neon and Convex store your message during our database migration, and Resend delivers the email copy. Each of those handles only what you typed into the form. The fourth is Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the page view count described above. Fonts and images are served from this site directly. Nothing else here phones home.
